Mercedes have confirmed a launch date for their new W14, which will be on the 15th of February, only 4 weeks away. This will I’m sure be both exciting and nerve wracking for fans of the team who’ve had a less than stellar 2022 season. While the team bounced back (pun very much intended) for the latter half of the season, there was still a lot of issues to overcome. Not least the fact that the key rivals in Ferrari and Red Bull had to a large extent stopped bringing upgrades to the back half of the season.
Whether this is a pure livery launch or a full car launch won’t be known for another week after the launch when Pre-Season testing starts. However we’re getting closer and closer to the first race. The excitement is certainly building.
