Max Verstappen is a Dutch racing driver who has made a name for himself in the world of Formula One (F1). Before entering F1, Verstappen had a successful junior career, competing in various motorsport categories and winning multiple championships.

Verstappen began his motorsport career in karting, where he competed from 2006 to 2011. During this time, he won multiple national and international karting championships, including the Dutch KF2 Championship in 2009 and the Rotax Max Euro Challenge in 2011.

In 2012, Verstappen made the transition to single-seater racing, competing in the Eurocup Formula Renault 2.0. In his debut season, he finished 3rd in the championship with two wins and five podiums. The following year, he won the championship with 8 wins and 11 podiums in just 14 races.

In 2014, Verstappen stepped up to the FIA Formula 3 European Championship, where he competed against some of the best young drivers in the world. He won the championship with 9 wins and 13 podiums in 30 races, becoming the youngest ever champion of the series at just 17 years old.

After his successful stint in Formula 3, Verstappen made his debut in the FIA Formula Renault 3.5 series in 2015. He won the championship in his debut season with 8 wins and 12 podiums in just 17 races.

With his impressive record in junior motorsport categories, Verstappen was quickly making a name for himself as one of the most talented young drivers in the world. This led to him being signed by the Scuderia Toro Rosso team for the 2015 Formula One season, becoming the youngest driver in the history of the sport at just 17 years old.

In his debut season, Verstappen scored 49 points with a best finish of P4 in Hungary, becoming the youngest driver to score points in F1, and eventually becoming the youngest driver to win an F1 race at the Spanish GP of 2016 for Red Bull Racing.
